- All Sales Are Final – No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for tickets, food, or beverages under any circumstances.
- Lost or Stolen Tickets – Londzell Performing Arts Theater is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
- Resale – Unauthorized resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.
- Entry Requirement – A valid ticket is required for admission. Electronic or printed confirmation must be presented at the entrance.
Food & Beverage
- All Sales Are Final – No refunds or exchanges on food or beverage purchases.
Event Changes
- Schedule & Performer Changes – All advertised events, artists, and schedules are subject to change without notice.
- Cancellations – In the rare event of a full cancellation by the Theater, refund or credit policies will be communicated at that time.
