How do I purchase tickets for shows and events?
You can click Upcoming Events on our website to purchase tickets directly online. You may also visit the Box Office in person at 3993 LaVista Road, Tucker, Georgia 30084 to purchase tickets.
Can I reserve seats for a group? What is your group seating policy?
Yes, you can reserve seats for a group. For groups under 25, simply select Multiple Seats online and add them to your cart.
For groups of 25 or more, please email groups@londzellpat.com to book directly with us. If your party is between 25-30, we highly recommend booking one of our Skyboxes to ensure your group is seated together. If you prefer floor seating, we cannot guarantee that many seats will be available in one section.
Do you offer physical tickets, or are they just digital?
All tickets purchased online are digital and will be emailed to you immediately after purchase. However, if you prefer physical tickets, you can visit the box office at 3993 LaVista Road, Tucker, GA 30084, and our staff will print them for you.
Do I need reservations in addition to tickets?
Reservations are not required. A valid ticket is all you need to enter.
How do I get my tickets?
Your tickets will be emailed directly to you once your purchase is complete. If you buy in person at the box office, you’ll receive printed tickets as well as a confirmation email.
Seating & Venue Experience
How are seats assigned? Is seating general admission or by selection?
All seats are assigned at the time of purchase. You’ll see a seating map online where you can choose your preferred seat.
Seating options include:
- Theater-style Auditorium Seating (Main Level)
- Piano Sky Lounge (Main Level)
- Pit area (Main Level)
- Balcony seating (Upper Level)
- Skyboxes (Upper Level)
When should I arrive before the performance begins?
The building opens two hours before each performance. During this time, guests can enjoy drinks, access the buffet, and redeem their meal ticket (included with every ticket). Once the show begins, food service stops in the main theater, but beverages remain available. Intermission allows for additional dining opportunities. Guests in the Piano Sky Lounge, Balcony, or Skyboxes may enjoy food service throughout the show.
Are seats first come, first serve within a section?
*No. All tickets are purchased and assigned online in advance, so your seat is guaranteed before you arrive.
Is there outdoor seating?
No. All seating is indoors to provide the best acoustics and atmosphere.
What is the best seat to purchase for two people or small groups?
Every seat at Londzell Performing Arts Theatre offers a unique and intimate experience. Your choice depends on your preference:
- Skyboxes & Balcony – private, premium, and elevated views
- Piano Sky Lounge seating – more relaxed, cabaret-style with table service
- Theater floor seating – classic, close-to-the-action concert feel
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Is there a minimum food or beverage purchase required per person?
No. There is no food or beverage minimum.
Do you serve food and drinks during the show?
Yes. Service depends on where you’re seated:
- Balcony, Piano Sky Lounge, and Skyboxes – full food and drink service throughout the performance.
- Main theater floor seating – food available during the 2-hour pre-show window at intermission only. Drinks may be ordered throughout the show using the QR code on your seat or directly at the bar.
Do I have to purchase something during the show?
No. You are welcome to enjoy the performance without ordering food or drinks.

What is the dress code?
While there is no formal dress code, Londzell Performing Arts Theatre is an upscale luxury live music venue in Northeast Atlanta. We encourage guests to dress to impress and enjoy the elegance of the space.
